THE SELECTIONS
Three Technical Grades
Each variety undergoes distinct processing at our Andhra Pradesh facilities to meet specific culinary and shelf-life requirements for Canadian distributors.
Aged Raw Variety
Steamed Variety
Parboiled Variety
Aged for twelve months. This natural maturation reduces moisture content below twelve percent, ensuring dry, separate grains when cooked.
Subjected to controlled steam injection prior to milling. This process gelatinizes the starch, locking in nutrients and extending storage stability.
Soaked, steamed, and dried before husking. The tough grain structure withstands high-volume commercial cooking without breaking or becoming sticky.
